Applications for Church Camp Scholarships are now available in the church office. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 27th at 12 p.m. Tammy Peppel is the Camp Coordinator. She will be presenting camp options and providing information on Sunday, April 8th during the Fellowship Meal.

Registration forms are now available at the Welcome Center for Vacation Bible School. This year V.B.S. will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Please register your child or grandchild or simply volunteer to help. Please see Lori Brooks for details. V.B.S. is planned for June 10th to the 14th.
A fund has been established at Huntington Bank for Gary E. Davidson. Gary is still recovering from a double lung transplant. Donations to this account at Huntington Bank are not tax deductible. If you want your donations to be tax deductible, please speak with Pastor George or Atty. Larry Cecil prior to making a donation to the Church Discretionary Fund. Your help will be a blessing to Gary and Kay. Please pray about this and give from your heart.
Adult Choir practice meets each Thursday night at 8 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Please come and share your talent! New choir members are always welcome. Please see Chris Brown for details.
The new Cafe area located off the Fellowship Hall (formerly the small dining/storage room) is now open for business! Scheduling for this meeting space will be handled through the church office. Please do not assume the room will be available. Rather, please contact the office for scheduling information. Gordon Brothers has graciously supplied a water tank that supplies instant hot and cold water. Hot Chocolate and Tea Bags are available in the Cafe for your enjoyment. Coffee and a Coffee Maker are also available. There is a donation box on the counter. Donations will be greatly appreciated as we attempt to get the Cafe Ministry up and running.
The Salem Food Pantry is in need of empty styrofoam egg cartons. The cartons may be dropped off at the church office. Please see Dave Allego for more information.
We are now accepting donations of clean clothes in good condition. All styles and sizes appreciated. Distributions will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and also on Sunday mornings. Anyone, from any income group, is welcome to come and select clothing. The Missions Committee is looking for groups, Sunday School Classes, etc. to sponsor the monthly fellowship meals in 2018. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board across from the church office. Please see Fred Bennett for details.
